Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

You just use to be able to order it easily. Major online retailers sold it with no issues. Now the general public is aware of it being used for suicide, so it's become very restricted. Harder to find a reliable source, and even if you are able to get some it still may be seized in the mail. Definitely wasn't like that a few years ago.
Alas, it must not be there anymore. I did a search and got the message, "This search yielded 0 results." :(
