I have been slowly coming to the realization and acceptance that I'm bi. I find many men more attractive than I'd like to admit.

Not a cause for my suicidal thoughts. There are other reasons.

percentage wise only about 7 percent of the population is gay in the uk, so you would expect a poll like this to show a 90 percent being straight and only 10 percent being gay.

The only reason we think that only 7 percent of people are gay is because no one admits to being gay in paperwork, census etc. The likelihood is that the world is full of gay people just as much as straight people.

I'm straight, and as unlikely as it sounds, if I were gay I would likely not be here because I've heard that gay people have lower standards when it comes to finding a partner, thus allowing me to find love more easily.

Suicide rate of LGBT people is much higher, so they are more likely to be here.

Thats not true whatsoever. My high standards would say otherwise.

Im bi but thats not actually a thing. There is not gay or straight, only sex and people who try to label it in order to divide people. Sex is just sex.

Gay. Married. Moved back to the Bible belt last year for financial reasons after almost 20 years in the liberal haven of the Pacific Northwest. I question my decision every day :-| Not my primary reason for being suicidal, but feeling like I can't openly be the person who I am when I'm out and about in society definitely doesn't help things.

Oh god me too. Having affection for both but wanting to fuck neither was confusing as hell. I wanted to be trans but I was gender fluid. So I tried acceptance.

There appears to be a disproportionate percentage of gay people on your castings so for which is the reflection of how it can be a struggle for many people, where ACCEPTANCE is a problem.

yes as you say, people of any identity are not immune from the pain, that life is on so many levels. Peace❤
