Trying to figure out how much SN i should buy (10g, 50g, 100g, etc)

Ok then I will assume now that you currently weigh 80kg.

You should have 22gm in the first glass of SN, and gradually decreasing the amount in the next. That would probably be ~50gm for testing the purity and for the glasses so just in case, I recommend you buy more than 50gm in case of a failed attempt. 100gm or 150gm would be good.

You can use this chart to know how much SN you'll need.

I'd buy 500g minimum, what if you prepared the cups but u back out before drinking? Then u may need to order new SN ...

You can go with 25g SN in 50ml water according to the protocols.

Anything above 22g for ur weight should do it, I weigh around the same (70-90kg)

latest peaceful pill says 25g for average weight and 35 grams for over 100k weight . so do people over 100k have bigger stomachs and digestive systems ? i don't think so . If i gain 20k will my digestive system grow ? i don't think so.

Ive heard that around 25g is enough. I would take more though, just to be sure
