how long for sn to work better without antiemetic/ food?

ADVICE NEEDED. SN NO ANTIEMETIC.

Hi there, sorry if I have bothered you all.

I Have ordered SN some while ago, but haven't ordered antiemetic/dopaine blocker.

Ive been feeling this low for some time and time is running out.

How long should I go without food/alcohol to prevent MORE nausea/ vomitting? I am expecting I will go through some which I will cope with uncomfort rather than pain.

please help me.

I would give up alcohol altogether because it irritates your stomach lining. With no antiemetic you'll need to make sure your stomach is empty so at least 8 hours.

I would go as far as to say 12 hours, but even on an empty stomach you can still vomit.
