On this note, how easy is it to hire a hitman to kill me? are there any trust worthy places to do this?

Hitmen dont exist. 99.9% of the time it's a scam or a sting op.
Death by cop is possible, but not guaranteed death, and you would probably get charges if you end up surviving.
It's not worth the risks. It's also a bit fucked up tricking someone into shooting you might ruin them mentally.

Keep in mind that police shoot to stop, not kill. Once you've stopped being a threat if you're still alive they'll send you to a hospital to see if they can make you survive. Lots of people survive being shot by the police.
