Discussion how do you deal with loneliness?

Despite the fact that I am surrounded by people I've never been as lonely as I am right now. I cope with alcohol and drugs to be honest. It's not coping but it's survival.

For me, I usually use the puppets inside my head to create situations that make me feel included. The puppets can be completely original or based on other people/characters.

I'm an attention seeker, I want people to stay with me literally 24h per day, and this is unhealthy and outright impossible, so I created this little stage with my little puppets to entertain myself in a myriad of ways.

I still crave real connection a lot, but this practice helps my loneliness feel a little bit less lonely.

Oh believe me, this mama bear's got a full, sharp set, and is not afraid to use them. But for my honey pots on SaSu, nothing but hugs and love. *smiles*
