• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hey I'm putting it in off topic as I don't really know where it fits, basically I want to be able to sleep for long times, even at day times
After a certain amount of time everything gets too heavy, it's too hard to keep living like this and when it's like this it's mostly the middle of the day, I can't sleep at daytime
Is there anything that can help me sleep long periods of time, at any time of the day? Or just sleeping a bit at all? It doesn't have to be long but I don't really know what to do, I just want to sleep and skip some time until I maybe get help
Thanks đź«‚

I use dimenhydrinate (medication, over the counter) for insomnia and it does work but tolerance builds quickly so be careful. You might also want to try sleep meditation guides on YouTube. Ultimately though, you can only sleep so many hours away. Your body naturally needs to be awake at least some of the time.

Drugs or medication won't solve the issue by itself. What actually gets "too heavy"? Can this be solved? Even if you use meds or drugs to sleep if the issues that "get too heavy" won't be solved.

I feel like shit all the time, I see no point in living and nothing brings me joy, everything feels like I'm staring at a blank wall, no matter what I do nothing is fun enough to even distract me from all the negative feelings, I feel empty, anxious, overwhelmed and sad all the time, I hate myself deeply and there wasnt a single day in a year where I actually felt good
I just want to die but I want to keep living for my mom, until I get help I will still have to wait so to keep me alive i really want to skip more time by sleeping
