Do u have to break your carotid artery or neck to stop the flow of blood to your head. If breaking it might be terrify for some . If deprive of oxygen, the whole incident might take many hours . The whole point is to get over quickly and mostly suicide is a lone attempt.

Both. The position of the hanging, full is easier and better then partial . I concur if u change your mind whether full or partial during will be crazy. This has to be successfull
