Got caught self harming myself by asphyxiation. Luckily they didn't send me away, but now my family is keeping me under watch.
They thought they could trust me. I ruined their trust.
I convinced them that it was just self harm and not an actual suicide attempt, but the remorse is so strong. I've been fucked for the entire day.

They do not want to hear what is bothering you. They want to keep you under supervision and the assumption is you will get better. Is that a symptom of social constructs taking the easy way out and being blinkered and blindfolded to the truths of existence?
