Acho que você e eu éramos delulus haha. Eu realmente pensei que conseguiria lutar contra isso. Mas não me resta energia. Estou muito quebrado, com dores crônicas e traumatizado. Qualquer pequeno inconveniente me faz pensar em "me matar". Quando você percebe o elefante rosa, não consegue parar de pensar nele. Meu trauma é visível e continuará sendo pelo resto da minha vida. Não tenho qualidade de vida. Espero poder ser um conto de advertência para qualquer um que esteja pensando em pular como método. Obrigado, reze para que isso tenha sucesso
