I'll be using SN. If I don't go today I'll go tomorrow. I put off treatment for something and now it's affecting my brain, I'm starting to get a little into panic. My nerves are shooting, getting sleepier, etc. I have to go out of necessity pretty much. It might be too late to do it today, but I can at least do it tomorrow. I won't be able to update you.

I think you're supposed to take double what's recommended on the package as part of taking SN. It's better than nothing. You're going to be all right

This is what I'm going to do also, I don't have any AEs. I will take the antacids though. Hopefully SN arrive soon. Just managed to order last night. I'm not trying to take away from the thread and the author but we're all going similarly in terms of supplies. We all deserve Peace.
