In a sense things like SI, improper methods,or worries may get in the way of death. So i have been wondering what can someone do to get terminally ill? A terminal illness guarantees death and in a sense, wouldnt tip anyone off and try to stop a suicide.
So, does anyone have any methods to get terminally ill?

Some user of this forum was ingesting benzene to give herself cancer. Rather painful way to go.

It is why I have smoked cigarettes since I was 15 I am mid 30s now no cancer yet... It would be the happiest day of my life to get diagnosed and refuse treatment. Oh just thinking about it brings a smile to my face.

Are there any other ways to boost the chance of cancer?
I have personally been living an unhealthy life binging on fatty foods, high sodium, and sugar to heighten the chance of a heart attack.

I have searched and searched and been unable to find anything to help me develop cancer any faster its like the roll of a dice. Just kind if wait and see just like everything in life. :( I dont want to hurt anymore I'm tired of this. I just want it to stop.

that was the first thing I thought of too. I know a few people who survived Benzene leukemia with bone marrow transplants.

Kind of ironic that we court cancer while others dread it.

This isn't actually assisted but I liked it. She really turned the tables on the pro-lifers. Couldn't do ot in America, we have no fucking patients' rights in this capitalist shithole.
Yes they would strip your rights, shove a tube down your throat, and ship you to a psych ward in the USA. It is a sick country it truly is.

It reminds me of a murder case in my country.

One wife wanted to get rid of the husband. So, every morning, while she would make coffee, she would secretly pour a little bit of motor oil in his coffee. After six months or so, husband developed cancer. He died after that.

i fell ill some years ago with the rare aplastic anaemia (not self-induced) and perceived this as a Godsent answer to my desire for a natural death. much to the consultants' astonishment (and my dismay), i made a recovery within a year and without medical intervention, in spite of acclaimed Haematologists saying i would need a bone marrow transplant to live to see 30. therefore, i cannot comment on the reliability of this method.

AFAIR, gelatin capsules were used. Chemical trade laws are different in different countries. In my country benzene can be bought freely in chemistry shops.

I got emphysema instead of lung cancer. Emphysema takes a long time and they don't even give you morphine for it until way late in the process, and meanwhile I'm increasingly dependent on others, which distresses me a lot.

So make sure you get something swift.

I'm so sorry to hear that, I saw your reply on the other thread :(. I wish I could offer more support than the classic "I'm here for you", but I really can't... just know that there are countless people that are more than happy to accompany you through every step of your journey.

Although I wouldn't purposely try to achieve a terminal illness if I ever got one I would just shrug it off and come to accept it, I'm going to die anyways and if it's from that I welcome it no matter how painful it may be

I've read about people having a voluntarly risky sexual life in order to get aids. Most of the time they are gays who have been rejected by family and society.

I was reading recently about an actor and wiki mentions that he died of lung cancer. First of all, it always amazes me how much humans isolate the bad. They can write thousands of pages about his movies, life, etc, and so little about how he died. Did he suffer? Did he curse his life towards the end? We always know so little.

Anyway, it makes me wonder: would lung cancer be painless? Should I start smoking in the hopes of increasing the chances?
I don't want to make it to old age. Old age would be like a super prolonged cancer, but worse, with loneliness, physical and mental challenges etc. Why not take a shortcut?

Trust me, you don't really WANT a terminal illness. Just my two cents.

Question kinda unrelated but Kinda. Can you give yourself a sickness like pneumonia. Do people really die from something like that?

It's possible, but I'd imagine the process of dying isn't pleasant and can be rather painful. I think people are more likely to die that way in the past when medical treatment isn't as advanced as modern day.

I think it's very disrespectful to ask a question like that here; on a website which is full of terminally ill people who have decided to CTB because they just don't want to suffer anymore. I know, I know. We all don't want to suffer and being mentally ill is just as bad as being physically ill, but c'mon. Have a bit of respect for the people that, deep inside, want to live but can't because of their terminal illness.
