I don't have an answer for that. But now, i see myself as a failure and im giving myself a deadline to give it a chance before going

I think before deciding that you must be successful before that date, you need to really think about what success means to you. The clearer your goals, the easier the decision will be when the time comes.
Its ok to not know the answer now, but I think you should consider that before making any hard decision about it

Work toward your goal. Worry about exiting later.

I think it's good that you decided to give yourself a chance to see if thinks can get better. That's a valid choice. CTB can be around for you in a couple years as much as it is around for you now. That's the nice thing about having choices. I truly hope you reach your goals. As others have said, I hope you can define them a bit more clearly, though, you will know whether you've reached them.
