Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

if i were to tell them i am at the end of my rope what would they do for me? none of them can solve my family's poverty or the dread of the possibility of a third world war. i dont know what power mental health professionals even hold at this time, meds and talk have proven useless.

Anything like therapy is certainly a scam, the whole industry exists just to profit off people's suffering. The reality is that none of these "treatments" that people like to push onto others can take away the fact that life actually is something that is awful and that being suicidal is just a logical response to this. No amount of words can solve the very real problems that people go through, despite what some people say it's really not an illness to see existence as not being worth enduring.

Unfortunately we live in a world where those whose passion to help others has been unhelpful, care given by medical professionals is not for everyone, and that's why I am on here.
I am unsure where you are, but speaking on my experiences, speaking about CTB or even giving up and being apathetic will raise an eyebrow, i've been held against my will for a day and I was also strapped down in an ambulance and transported to a facility where I didn't get any help, just another place to sleep for a day.
If you do want to speak to someone, speak to someone you trust, or if you prefer, a medical professional.
You never know if medical professionals can help you unless you know you are the kind of person that needs a different kind of support.
They're just people. The same as you or me. They can't build anything. They can't fly a plane. They went to school and studied a bunch of words on a page, then passed tests about the words they read.
They don't have a secret box with cures and fixes. They paid for a sheet of paper certifying that they took some exams. Woopty doo.
You can shoot the breeze with your neighbor or the wino at the liquor store and get the same level of "help."

Yeah, the problem's typically social, not psychological. Fixing institutions (community, family, workplace, state), makes fixing brain structures easier
