If i want to ctb with FSH method, what i need to know and to do to die from a brocken neck. Please give me any information you got.thanks

A broken neck is not practical. More a movie stunt rather than a method.
Full with little or no drop is a better goal with much greater chance of success.

Full-suspension hanging (short drop hanging) is when you step off a stool and hang not touching the ground. This cuts off the blood supply to your brain.

Breaking your neck is long-drop hanging where you need several feet to fall.
I do not know of any guides here for long drop hanging as it is technically demanding. That being said, here is a guide to the weight/height table you would need.
