• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

does anyone else feel even more depressed the day after a night out? i always feel like getting drunk and whatever is just a massive distraction from my depression. but when i wake up my feelings are still there with no way out. it honestly feels like no matter how hard i try i'm always going to feel this way. i'm ready to give up soon, i don't see this getting any better. i wish i was happy i just wanna get better

Alcohol will always make things worse (unless it's for Dutch courage catching the bus).

I've been there and it's a miserable place. You can buy something much better on AZ for less than 20, that will give you the 'chill' effect, and rather than do all that damage to the brain and liver, it'll help repair them.

In general: after a "drug-high" (whether this is alc, or other drugs) a low follows and it can be depressive. So if you have depression already this may increase that feeling. This is my opinion and no medical advice.
