Feeling defeated. Need a new method

Hi all, I posted about three months ago with my decision to apply for my foid card and use a shotgun to my head as my method. Well, I got my letter that I was denied because I was in a mental health facility 13 years ago from trying to overdose on pills. The rule in America is supposed to be a 5 year wait for your foid if you've been in a mental health facility so they obviously made a mistake. They said if I want to fight it, I'd have to jump through all these hoops which I honestly don't have the energy for.
If I buy sodium nitrite, can I just take a large dose of that? I don't know how to go about getting the accompanied pills that are recommended.

I'm learning myself about sn.

I think I read that too much of it or water are more likely to make us puke. Better to have multiple doses instead?

No need for the extra stuff, but painkillers can be nice, sedatives easier to not call for help & bypass SI, anti puke doesn't always work. The anti acid helps absorbtion but can we just use bicarbonate?

Someone please correct me?

antiemetic is just a type of medicine that prevents nausea and vomiting, while regime is basically just referring to the method of how to carry out a ctb plan.
