Help Fasting before OD (Amitriptyline)

I will be OD'ing on 10g of Amitriptyline, hopefully by the end of this month.

I wanted to get thoughts on whether fasting beforehand could make things quicker?

I have read the PPH but don't have access to Benzos so thought about following the SN protocol but with Amitriptyline and 400mg of Propranolol

When I OD'd on amitriptyline paired with like 5 other scripts (amitriptyline was the bulk of it), I didn't fast prior. I was successful but was brought back to life, twice. As far as I'm aware I didn't puke, and everything hit me pretty fast. I drifted off into sleep not long after I finished taking everything. Do be warned though, if you survive chances are you'll be in an amitriptyline induced psychotic episode afterwards. This happened to me when I awoke from a coma, and I was given ketamine which only amplified it. It was some of the most terrifying days of my life afterwards, loosing control of myself like that.

I was found in a vacant stretch of desert by a police drone. I was then transported by the police to an ambulance and life saving measures were started. Not sure what they did for me in the hospital though, as I didn't request my records. I was told my prognosis for awaking from the coma was very low, and my family flew in from out of state to be with me. Against all odds I woke up, and I thankfully didn't experience any lasting damage. Short term sucked though, aside from the psychosis my chest hurt so bad from the compressions, I couldn't pee properly for some time, I was very weak, and my insides felt messed up.

That sounds terrifying

It was, it made me feel scared of myself for sometime after because of the things I did and saw during the episode. I ripped out my catheter, bit out IVS multiple times, tried to run away, was mean/violent to the nurses, had to be restrained, and overall lost my shit. The brief bits of lucidity were the worst, when I became self-aware and then slipped right back into the terrifying abyss. Thankfully my sister was there, and she spent hours by my side comforting me, doing things like 'catching' all the loose puppies I saw running around my room.
