How long have you had your tinnitus? I had that for many years after I was designated with a tumor on the acoustic nerve in 2006. The tumor is still there, but the tinnitus has gone. What happened, I think, is that my brain eventually adapted, realised that it is just unhelpful noise, and learned to filter it out.

i never contacted them directly but i did read about them a good amount. talking to people here just left me with more questions. heard some negative things i.e. they are REALLY slow to get back to you etc.
