I'm alright. I think.idk, Not really sure how I'm feeling. Just a bit conflicted I guess . I have another appointment with EIP tomorrow .

It went ok. Going to have weekly appts. They've assigned me 3 named workers (i was only expecting 1) which feels a bit overwhelming and risky involving more. But they're seeing me in pairs and will alternate. It's just so that if anyone is off there's continuity of care. Still a bit suspicious as generally practice here is 1 named worker but nvm.

I was honest with them that i negotiated a new date with the system . But told them i forgot the date . They knew i was lying though. They said they'll ask me every week to see if I remember it again. They also mentioned if date is near and concerns for my safety they'll involve crisis team. Which i really don't want. I'm never going to tell them as it's only way to save people, they'll only try to 'save' me and lots of people will die. So need to work towards it on my own and I'll just tell them it's long time away

I'm glad they will be able to provide continuous help though. That sounds nice!

Maybe you could re-negotiated a new date with the system if by the time it comes around you feel like you could and should?

You could just have a see how the coming weeks feel and go from there right?

Yeah trying not to put too much pressure on it this time. I know that didn't work out last time.

This time, I suggested possible dates and they chose one so I may be able to suggest more if needed. I'll have everything in place ready for the date so i feel calm and ready for whenever it ends up being . But, like you say, will see what happens and how i feel. It's not this month so I have time to figure things out.

I'm glad it's not this month yet! I really enjoy talking with you And it sounds as if you might be able to suggest different dates again so that would be nice if you wanted to!

Doing pretty ok actually. Even if everything is actually just as shitty (or more) as before, still somehow feeling a bit better. Been hiding in daydreaming again. Lost that ability half a year ago but it's back!! Very nice and useful
