So I have had this unshakeable habit, maybe from OCD or ADHD I don't really know, where I have to spit (get saliva and/or mucus out of my mouth) like on average every five or so minutes, sometimes I can hold it in for as long as an hour (or obviously more when I'm sleeping), cause I feel mentally uncomfortable swallowing my saliva most of the time, this is exacerbated when I'm outside or in an area with bad air. Anyhow, does this have any effect on how well SN will work throughout my body? I'm thinking maybe this has either decreased or increased my stomach pH, which as you may know interfaces directly with the functionality of SN.
