• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

No, nobody knows about my Nitrogen tanks(first one I bought was insufficient but I can't just throw it in the dumpster)but they're well hidden, in case my brother comes by in a couple of months

My mom knows because she took me to the hospital after an attempt, but it's possible she may have forgotten. Other than that I've told nobody.

My three closest friends know. None of my family know. Anyone I get close enough to, it tends to come out- it's bubbling so close to the surface. I tend to only really tell people if I get the sense they have considered it too.

If I manage to do it someday, I doubt if it would be a total surprise to anyone though. I suspect it's obvious that I'm at the very least a bit depressed and mal-adjusted.

No one knows, I have no close family, no friends. I only talk about work with my co-workers; they probably think it's just because I'm very private, but in actuality I used to expose more of myself (and liked to do that), but now I just can't - it protects both them and me I guess. But it feels so unnatural and complicated to have to have all these layers of interaction.

I'll put in this way. I don't think many in my family would be too shocked if I CTB. I'm able to put on a normie face for the tiny amount of others I interact with.

No. In my opinion, it's a bad idea to tell others about wanting to die as after all we live in a world where suicide is so stigmatised and our right to die is not respected. I do wish that suicide is accepted in society, and we could be open about our decision and then just exit peacefully without all of the secrecy involved in suicide planning.

My mom knows. I deeply regret telling her though, as she immediately told a relative, forced me to talk to said relative, and threatened to call the police /mental hospital. We talked it out finally and came to a vague understanding, but that was scary. She reacted the same way about my sh-ing. Frustrating as hell.

So, I probably won't tell anyone else. I don't think anyone in my life would understand, as even the ones who have had suicidal ideation wouldn't like me catching the bus or even thinking about it.
