the last few days i've been sleeping like 16 hours (minus one pee break, or maybe staying awake for an hour max),
so let's call it 15 hours.
i googled it and it says it can happen with "depression", and i put it in quotes because i don't have depression.
if i do, it's that kind where there's nothing wrong with me, i just need assholes to stop bothering me, and i'm ok instantly.
(i'll never be "good", as my life sucks, but YKWIM)
but anyway... i must say i love the long ass sleeps :)
we all know sleep is like a free trial of death.
yesterday i went to go for a long nap (i expected 3 hours), but ended up sleeping 8 hours when i expected it to only be a nap.
it also helps my over-eating. no eating in your sleep.
which ultimately helps my physical health also.
my bedroom has no lights at all and has blackout curtains,
and it also makes you sleepy simply to be in total dark.
so let's call it 15 hours.
