Discussion do you care what clothes you die in?

i don't care about clothes because i don't have anything nice anyway, but i at least wanna be pretty before i die. the investigation would probably be thorough and if they're gonna take so many photos of my body, i'd like to not look so busted.

Yep. I am very particular about my suicide. I have an outfit in mind.
Should be noted that I am a trans woman as well, so this influences things.

Nah I just need to be warm out here since I'm homeless. It'll definitely look weird but it's whatever

I've actually been thinking about this quite a bit. I'm definitely going to wear camo pants, half for a personal reason and the other half is cuz it looks badass. I also have a trench coat that I might wear for the same reason as the pants. What has me hesitating is if I should wear a plain shirt or an MLP shirt. I love MLP because it gives me so much emotional & mental comfort, but being found with it on would be kind of cringe, considering the stigma around bronies... I mean, I won't be around to see the memes made of my death, so I suppose it doesn't matter that much.

What clothes I'm gunna die in? Some ugly bullshit, no matter what method I choose, or how I physically prepare, my clothes will probably get covered in gross mess (even if just from stress sweat) & in the process of processing my body they'll probably strip me down & put me in some dress they picked out anyways. I'm already going to be killing myself & cause all sorts of trouble, I might as well let them have the fun of playing Barbie Doll with me & having the last say on what I wear. Everybody was sure fond of doing that when I was growing up....

(not to mention, I don't even know what I would like to be buried in if I tried, I lowkey hate myself & by-proxy hate the way I look in everything)

I think I used to want to look somewhat presentable. Not like I was on my way to a black tie award ceremony or anything, just wearing a clean set of day clothes and maybe have shoes on as opposed to being in soiled lounging sweats or something. Dignity was important for some reason. I'm not sure if I care at all now.

My 'death fit' for Monday. I picked it out a couple days ago, and bleach dyed the shirt myself. It won't be the first time I've attempted suicide in my yellow converse, but hopefully it will be the last :) I also plan to do my hair in two spikey buns, with baby braids hanging out in the front alongside my bangs. No makeup aside from light mascara, and I'll put on my favorite perfume.

I don't really care. For a while I did plan to die specifically in one of the shirts my parents gave to me which has a big Kurt Cobain graphic on the front. I don't know, I guess I thought it would be kinda funny.

As long as I'm warm, it does really matter.

In 2021 I quit my job as I was pretty determined to ctb by throwing myself into the sea to drown, used my last remaining bits of money to buy a £90 coat, I wanted to drown in some style, it never did happen but I still own the coat, it's quiet snazzy. I would like to die in a simple, cute white dress. Or a white ruffled shirt with black lolita-like skirt. No heavy makeup. I like to present myself in a edgy, chaotic way, but in death I want to, idk, look pure and pretty

Would probably get a custom made top with the slogan "Told you I was serious when I said I'd do it". Just so I get a final jab at the MH profs who've rolled their eyes at me & never take anything I say seriously.
