I've found myself sometimes feeling fear of possibly ending up in hell. Not sure if this would help you but I've found myself being able to relinquish most of that fear by establishing the belief that I'd rather be in hell than in heaven.Not a trauma. It's a big barrier for me as well. I was raised in a religiously Orthodox household and was taught the CTB is an abomination and anathema to God. Trying to work through that is tough.I don't want to.
