Hello everyone, I'm Italian and have been using this site since around 2021, when I first started having suicidal thoughts.
In short, I've been close to death twice: the first time with 3.2 mg of fentanyl and the second time with a large amount of hydroxychloroquine tablets sold here in Italy under the brand name Plaquenil, which I managed to obtain without a prescription. This put me in a third-degree medically induced coma for 10 days.
I've been diagnosed with bipolar II disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and recently my depression has returned due to an eight-month manic episode.
I feel apathetic and very depressed; during the manic phase, I ruined the few friendships I had.
I feel like an outcast, with very little desire to get my life back on track, which is why I've been having negative thoughts lately, and why I'm coming back here after such a long time.
I was wondering if there was anyone from Northern Italy I could talk to and exchange opinions with... thanks

Ciao, per essere qui anche io condivido una situazione simile. Purtroppo penso che l overdose di medicinali e droghe non porti da nessuna parte ( anche perché lho provata sulla mia pelle)

Con le droghe se ne entra in overdose ovviamente soprattutto droghe forte come il fentanyl o chi non ha mai fatto uso di oppiacei entra in overdose facilmente. Mi chiedo se la tua risposta è per cercare di evitare un mio tentativo frustrante
