so a few months ago during an extreme depressive episode i got given ativan from a school nurse (no i didn't tell them what was going on i said i just wanted some for a presentation at college) and ever since then i've been taking a lot of them from different sources and i feel really horrible and i feel like i just fucked myself up majorly. has anyone else had experience with benzodiazepine addiction? i'm feeling really bad about this.
