Retard/slow or extended release are not appropriate.
You can get morphine linctus/liquid solution but it is expensive.
My personal opinion is that you could substitute this for another strong opiate at an equipotent dose but not all opiates/opioids are born equal so personal research should be done if you consider this. My belief is that any thing equal to or more potent by volume is potentially useful. There are so many opioids. Possibly cheaper and easier to obtain in some cases but less well documented.
Some retard/extended release pills can be changed to be more instant. With some it requires removing the pill coating. Other need crushing but some have much harder/impossible formulas to beat.Similar threads
