hallo hallo!

im going to keep this fairly simple and short, i currently have sn and plan on taking my life pretty soon. i have tried coping but and many other recommended methods.

what is the recommended method to use sn to make it as painless as possible? also any other methods?

im usually alone most of the time for 8 hours +

any advice and tips would be appreciated!
