Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I think it's just the depth of the cut from what I can tell, but it's always a good practice to clean your cuts just in case to prevent infections. Just gently washing it with warm water to filter out any foreign material helps a lot. Be careful not to be too abrasive if you're using antiseptics, they can make the cut take a lot longer to heal. Just gently apply them over the wound. Stick some gauze/bandaids over it when you're done to keep it clean while it heals and Neosporin to prevent bacterial infections and make the bandages stick less.
Here's a pretty good guide for sh wound care that I recommend: www.styro.sh
