Hello.. So i have been fasting since yesterday.. I am ctbing today and i have only sn and meto only.. I will take 3x 10 mg meto 45 minutes before 25g of SN.... Advise me accordingly... I am using 97% pure sn

it's all good to go although it doesn't seem like you have pain-meds at all which is fine I suppose, hopefully you don't vomit from the taste alone or have difficulty keeping down. I'm sorry things got to an unfortunate point here but I wish you all the best no matter what happens.
