• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The closer I get to being able to CTB the more I'm like 🧍 and I know part of it is SI but. I do think a lot of it comes from the fact that I've held on through some absolute insane dogshit and now that I'm finally letting myself give up it's kinda scary. I've never attempted before when really I should have a long time ago realistically because my SI is so strong LOL. I'm hoping I'll be able to get over it- funnily enough, the anxiety meds and mood stabilizer I was put on in the psych ward after being honest about my suicidal thoughts kind of got rid of the insane anxiety barrier towards not attempting 😭 kind of the opposite affect that they wanted but it helps me out I guess

That is precisely why they recommend taking Xanax before doing the SN method.
