Concerned about fake SN.

Purchased some SN and I don't know if it's ok.
I don't want a failed attempt. I can't have a failed attempt.

Any easy way to test it? Please help me. I just want a respectable death that won't traumatize the person who has to find me. SN seems the best way, but I'm concerned about fake product or lies about purity.

Also considering going down the 'more peaceful' methods, even if it is more scary to me.

Can't die with a shred of dignity, can't die in peace. Gotta weasel around like a criminal when my only crime is just wanting to end this suffering.

Performing a check using aquarium test strips is a good way to know if there are impurities in your SN that may reduce its lethality (or if it's even SN at all). There are threads about it here:

Alternatively, you can draw some blood and sprinkle the SN onto the drops of blood to see if it turns brown (this method is a lot more painful however)

Apparently the blood test is not reliable. From what I've read here, brown doesn't tell you how pure it is. It's also been suggested that nitrAte might turn it brown as well.
