Dealing with grief of death and lost relationship, but I did drive to see family today so it wasn't all bad.

7, I believe I'm starting to "relapse" again as my thoughts are dipping into CTB ideation every once in a while.

Glad to know that there's still a community here if I do fall back into my spiral.

The enemies are winning. I'm planning on CTB very soon. No one is my friend, they're all feds. It's all starting to come apart now. Fucking pigs trying to get into my head. They called them on me, they sicked them like dogs.

less than one. i'm pulling a geographic next week so i know i can't die right now, but i also know the sn is locked in a cupboard upstairs, and that it would mean a very sweet relief from a terminally lonely existence

About 5/10, last week to yesterday wasn't very good but, husband and I had a talk and he really listened for the first time in a while, I did tell him that I was considering taking a break and he started to cry bc he didn't notice how much stress I was holding and how little he's been paying attention to me. He is starting to act like he used to and we aren't fighting a lot anymore so far.

today was okay. i don't have a number for it. i love my job, secretly, but sometimes the effort it takes to do it is just so much it breaks me. i had a panic attack in the shower and my mother had to come into the bathroom to hold me so i could breathe

2/10. I failed my second exam yesterday. I have my next chance on the 22nd but I think nothing will come out of it. Also my family members are getting harassed by unknown people. The only reason why it's not 1/10 is because I passed the first exam on the 1st of September.

Probably 2. I tried talking to someone and got the same response: "get therapy. You need to see a shrink. I dont know how to respond."

Ironic how people who tote around their "non-dualist" beliefs suddenly switch up when I tell them I deserve every single thorn in my side, everything bad, and that I want to get worse. Yeah. Suddenly they start sounding like everyone else.

My immediate family left me, and now a minor interaction with an old friend has turned into them telling me good bye too.
It seems I'm pretty despicable and awful, no matter how hard I try to be kind.
It's discouraging.

3/10. Didn't cry much today and managed to stay for most of my uni classes but I'm still so exhausted. Struggling to continue on. Wish I was normal :/

4. I've woke up this morning feeling good, but it faded away later in the day. Been stuck in my home for, what, months now? Nothing to do, nothing new under the sun. Got two days until therapy. Wish life was more exciting.

A pretty solid 2. My life feels like it's at a dead-end. Honestly feel like I have almost nothing worth living for. Trying to cope by listening to good music and indulge in my creative hobbies but it's not helping much. Everything feels so hopeless.

About a 7 right now! Very surprisingly. I don't think I can remember the last time I was feeling that high on a 1-10 scale, but things have been looking up for me lately, and I'm trying to cherish the good moments in life.
