But on the existential side- If it was a willful spiritual act then- I'm guessing only God can tell you that...

Some people think we chose to come here! Others seem to think it's some lesson we need to learn to grow. Or- it could well just be that God is a sadist playing some twisted game.

Or- it's all just chance. The consciousness/ sentience that makes you aware that you are you (and that you're unhappy and suffering) is simply just a byproduct of how our brains work. It maybe gave mankind the edge while we were evolving from being monkeys swinging about in the trees but now, it's just f*cking with us!

being realistic human being are never going to stop procreating it's hardwired into their nature we want to have sex and since it's better
to never to come into existence as being born is always a harm

Procreation is such a terrible crime to me, it's always unacceptable forcing someone out of the ideal state of non-existence all for selfish reasons, giving them the ability to suffer so extremely in an existence where all that's inevitable is even more suffering, decay and loss.

It's really tragic how humans continue to create more torture as the reality is that the ultimate cause of all problems that humans go through is existence in itself, procreation is just so harmful and unnecessary, this species should just go extinct as the non-existent should be left alone in peace. I also wish I never existed more than anything, it sounds so ideal being completely unaware of the horrific mistake that is existence.
