Cause blood is leaving you, could it eventually give you iron deficiency? Probably nothing but I've been noticeably quite tired for like a year now and I heard iron deficiency is a common reason (I'm female so y'know that too). I don't want to ask my GP cause I don't want to be dragged into a therapists office.
Yeah it definitely can. I have also heard that it can cause blood issues due to the amount of clotting it has to do and the platelets it uses up, but I don't have a source for that aside from someone I knew who developed those issues after cutting for years.

I'm anemic and occasionally I just eat a lump of raw fish when I can afford sushi it's not due to self harm, but it will probably worsen when I start again

just ask your GP for a general lab panel. Say you are feeling tired want your thryoid tested, iron tested because you've been eating less meat, and just want to make sure nothing is wrong
they will check other random stuff too, like cholesterol and blood cell counts
ask for a full panel, including testing vitamins and iron. also ask for a vitamin d lab too and say you aren't getting enough sun and just want to check.
