People have achieved without fasting but it's highly recommended since it will enter your intestines quicker. This will help you loose consciousness faster as it can properly flood your body. In addition, in case you end up throwing up, you could still have easily absorbed enough SN for success if your stomach was empty to begin with. Though drinking a second cup previously prepared is still recommended.
Interesting that you only had dizziness and diarrhea. No other symptoms afterwards?
What was the dose you took? How certain are you of its purity?
