Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I always got a weird feeling from London as well I'm not really sure what the make of it anymore though I really don't know honestly but I do know that there's a few people who can't afford to buy the product from IC. Someone is talking about burning themselves alive. Those sources would really come in handy right now for some of these people.
We still don't know for sure, maybe he was only trying to help, but because we're a pretty special bunch around here, maybe he was just a bit odd in his ways. I guess we'll never find out.
