Blood donation before thiopental oral or IV

I was thinking if having less blood in your system would make things easier or the other way around. I'll probably be using thiopental oral or intervenous using IV. If anyone have some knowledge about it, please share.

I can't talk about oral administration, but nothing is needed for infusion. Good idea for SN.
