Best way to go unconscious?

In all my attempts for whatever reason I fail to fall unconscious. Sleeping meds take awhile for me to set in. Is there a way to make yourself pass out?

Sleeping meds are often too weak to do the job you need benzos which are almost all prescription with alcohol

I was afraid so. I have sleeping meds prescribed but they are not benzos. Doctors Ive talked to seemed sketchy about perscribing benzos for whatever reason

Yeah it's hard to get now because it's really dangerous to overdose on. They'd be even less willing to prescribe if you're suicidal

b/c benzos are highly addictive, and withdrawals are extreme can lead to death
