at the moment i guess about 70-75kg at 178cm - don't have a scale - only the holes on my belt are an indicator ^^ - so it's more an estimate.
i do no sports and sit mostly in front of my computer so i depends a lot on my diet.
slightly underweight in my younger years till 27 (cause by health issues) but since then pretty normal weight.
the two times i gave upon myself and decided to kill myself as soon as i run out of money i gained a bit weight. at the first time a bit more cause i mainly did eat ham-cheese toast and pasta with meat. but seems that i don't easily gain weight cause it only brought me a little in the overweight section i guess. when i then ran out of money having nothing i started to drink water and nothing else for straight 11 days. always wanted to do that cause i once read it's good for mental state. i guess it basically saved my life cause i then felt for 6 months really good.
and cause i have lots of headaches with the main trigger coming from food i improved over time my diet. so with don't eating less then in unhealthy times it just matters for me what i eat and when i eat healthy my weight stays pretty constant.
