• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

100% agree with you. If it comes to that point, then a person either stands up for themselves or they are a door mat.

I have through the decades had people who got "mad" at me because they could NOT take advantage of me, and I just laughed at the situation and moved on.

Guess what? They were ALWAYS in that mode, and I did not waste my time with that type of stupidity.
Lots of well wishes my good friend.

Walter
Good on you and thanks!

Me too! I wish I had a family period! As an adopepted child, I'll never experience any of this. I often wondered how it must feel to have a family, cousin, aunt, uncle, grandma, mom, dad, etc. I don't know if I should be happy about this or not?
Not sure what's worse, having had family at one time, but having it all taken away after losing them all to death, or never having had them, as in your case, but, also, never having to experience that sense of loss.

Is your adopted family no good? Do they not allow for you to feel a sense of belonging?

I dislike my adopted family, and no longer associate with them. They treated me badly and I help on for so long just to have someone. I eventually walked away and never looked back! Hopefully my death is near, I'm just patiently waiting. I think I'd rather had my biological family ans watched them die. Im sorry about your situation. Least you know what being loved felt like.
