I have seen a movie recently I think it was hitman and it showed that they put a bag into smb's head he gradually stopped breathing is that possible? If I put a plastic bag in my head and have taken smt relaxing will it work? Ex.a sleeping pill or it will fail?
Looking for smt non violent, and that seemed pretty ok but it was a movie

Plastic bag over your head is very unpleasant. There are way better methods.

Movies are great for ideas.
Movies are terrible with reality.

Asphyxiating yourself with a bag is possible. It is not a calm death.

Watch a few breath control videos. They can be prerty hard core. For whatever reason they seem to enjoy this activity, but they all react strongly before they get fresh air. The body goes into fight or flight mode.
Whatever you do, do it informed.
