Antiemetics regimen for SN?

Does anyone know the recommended antiemetic regimen for SN? Is it 20 mg every 8 hours for 72 hours, like N? Or is it different?

Please answer if you're sure of the answer (no guesses please) and/or have researched this regimen in the PPH.

Thank you. I did not know you're supposed to do both the 48 hr regimen and also a stat dose. Or am I misunderstanding?
