I'm currently in the middle of training my taste buds to be slightly more okay with the stupid saltiness of SN, since most people including me aren't used to it. This creates another factor for throwing up, aside from your body wanting to get rid of it after ingestion.
Three times per week with a rest day in between each session should be enough. After drinking the saltwater each time, I recommend having some plain water too. Just be aware that 5g or more in one dose risks organ failure, so I wouldn't recommend going that high.
