Antiemetics akathisia

I've been thinking about ctb because I fear that I might have akathisia from the meds withdrawal and I've found out that antiemetics can cause akathisia too?? I can't escape ts. Having akathisia before I ctb would be the worst thing I have to deal with and I don't even know if you will have any motor skills to measure or even do anything to prepare sn.
I don't want to change my method, sn is my preferred one but after I learned this I'm even more hopeless.
I need a gun.
