I'm also awake and my new shoulder pain is worse. I can hardly wear my own shirt, barely tie my shoe laces. At this rate of catastrophes I wont be able to even CTB by jumping.

I also always wish to fall asleep permanently as well, it feels so cruel to me how I cannot just fall into an eternal, dreamless sleep free from all pain and suffering, all I've ever hoped for is to never exist again. But anyway I hope that you find peace.

Yeah I love using sleeping pills in summer when I have insomnia. 30 minutes after taking them, and my mind would drift off and I type weird shit in my search bar only to be seen the next morning, haha. I genuinely looked forward to taking them at bed time. It was the only thing I looked forward to. Felt a little like anesthesia too.
