Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

thank you so much for your reply. it is comforting. I will read up on it a lot. I doubt I can get the other meds for the cocktail easily enough. and I am in bad shape so going to use what I have as prescribed for at least tonight. I could arrange the 24 hours not being found. I will look into the cocktail because it sounds less scary for me than sn and fear is one of the things that tends to hold me back a lot.
I am having really severe stomach and pelvis pain with extremely bad diarhea for over 2 months. this has made my mental health plummet and made me rather unstable. I was sobbing the whole appointment. he knows i have a gynocologist appointment tomorrow and urged me to go see a gastroenterologist although i cried more because they always say it is IBS but also say IBS is never this severe or this painful and problematic and the tests they do are very triggering for me a survivor of severe childabuse. so anyways he urges me to keep going to doctors and prescribed this because my sleep is super bad and that is a huge part of my instability and this will help that and also because this helps IBS and pain and other meds he has prescribed like gabapentine don't seem to effect me much or help me much as well as other meds he has prescribed for depression and sleep. he is pretty against benzos and will ocasionally prescribe them but strongly prefers not to. so that may play a part in him prescribing this rather than something like restoril which I have found helpful for the insomnia before and somewhat helpful with pain. he maybe is afraid to prescribe anything that would make the constipation worse.
Could potentially ask but say you've taken it in the past for previous episodes of depression and got it from another doctor at the time but that's dependent on multiple factors so may not work but it is unlikely. Could also say you don't do so good with SSRI's but not too sure how it would play out. But again it is a really unlikely one to get if you just ask for it, that will be suspicious af to a lot of doctors because it has a history of causing suicidal thoughts and uses in suicides/attempts.
Did a surgery cause you to have nerve pains? I recently had surgery and im suffering the same symptoms for some weeks now
No and don't have diabetes either. I only suspect that I have nueropathy I have yet to see a nuerologist. But I have numb toes and fingers that feel like they're permanently damaged, 24/7 prickly burning sensations in the toes, pins and needles all over, itchy crawling skin like bugs are crawling under the skin and many other aches and pains. I can't walk far because of the burning in the feet.This has gradually gotten worse over the years. Took me a long time to figure this all out and connect things together. Only went for a nuerologist referral the other day. I suspect I have nerve damage somewhere in the body. Have no idea how I got it because I've suffered no major trauma to the body.
the pain thing is scary and also good to know about should I ctb in this way.

I think its realible but it takes almost 300 pills if you include the sleeping pills in total wich is a whole lot also you cant be found for atleast 24 hours to be sure.
