Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Searched the forum but can't seem to find much info on this. If I have access to both diazepam (20mg) and zopiclone (not sure how many mg I can get yet) which would be most effective at sedating me during the SN method. A lot of people recommend benzos but haven't seen much talk about actual sleeping pills

I guess this would be completely down to which works for you. They work differently for every person.
I have tried both, for example. Zopiclone didn't do anything for me and I have to take a shit tonne of Diazepam for it to touch me. Do a trial run and see how it works for you.

They act differently. Zopiclone is a hypnotic, it's fast-acting, but wears off after a few hours. Diazepam is a longer-acting benzodiazepine, but needs a little more time to take effect. I guess you could take both to cover all your bases.

I'm curious, will the sleeping pill make you pass out before the SN? SN is supposed to know you out in 15 minutes or so. The sleeping pill will take longer.

Hm I'm torn then, zopiclone seems like it would be better (knock me out faster) and if taking sn then id probably be dead by the time the zopiclone wears off. Whereas I guess the diazepam may help somewhat with the initial symptoms of ingesting SN.
I'll have a quick google now about the effects of mixing both zopiclone and Diazepam
Never had zopiclone. And wouldn't say I've ever had enough diazepam to be used to that either

If it's safe to take both zopiclone and diazepam together, I think I'll do that. Can't really find anything online telling me not to mix the two, so unless anyone on this forum knows otherwise I think taking both would be Best, especially considering I'm skipping the antiemics, the faster I'm out and my cns surpressed, the less time I have to vomit

You can take both together but remember your using Q as an AE (if I remember correctly?) That's 3 different types of sedative. They're safe to take together but I'm just thinking about the risk of over sedating yourself to the point where you fall asleep before you can take the SN.

Yeah, definitely. It all depends on the person too. If I'm worn out that day, I'll be FUBAR and won't be able to take the SN, but if I don't do too much and take both 7.5mg Zopi and Diazepam, it will take me an hour or so to fall asleep. Sometimes it doesn't at all, but I'll probably take a little extra. That's usually how I go about it on a regular night, anyway.
