Just a video I find informative. It's a lecture about "Why Do People Die By Suicide". He shows findings of scientific research about what leads to suicidal behaviour, and characteristics of people who commit suicide. It's easy to understand.
Ironically, the video can be useful for people who are trying to understand or overcome SI too, like myself.
And of course, it's useful for those who want to prevent suicide, which is obviously its intended purpose.
